“We had a great experience working with Steve and Janine. Their price was very reasonable and the work was beautiful! It was a big job so I was worried how it would go. Our whole main floor was made wood. Existing wood in entry and kitchen was sanded and refinished. The end result is stunning. He blended the existing wood into the new so it all looks the same. I like supporting small local businesses like S&J and in this case, I got someone with 40 yrs experience doing my floors. “I had originally started a bid for some countertops for my office and vanity with Home Depot, however, after having trouble with the process in the past and then learning that they couldn't advise me on whether a seam would be needed, I decided to get a quote with Carpet Exchange. Not only did a comparable product come in 1600 less, they were willing to measure free of charge to ensure they could do my main desk without a seam. It turned out that one wasn't needed as they suspected. The measure went well- they pointed out an issue with the previous desk supports, and I was able to get this addressed ahead of time. They were able to deliver on the installation, and I was happy with the final product. In the end, they were focused on my needs, which I greatly appreciated. Would recommend this location.“

“I work with a large corporation named Servpro. I was needing some tile that was selected by a client of ours She specifically requested through LL flooring. Went to the LL flooring, location in Denver And was told they were Busy and would call me back and I left him my business card. They never returned my call that day. I called them back the next day and was told sorry they were still busy and they would call me back, never heard anything. Ended up calling the Littleton office, which is 45 minutes away from my job and was helped by a lady named Shay who was so helpful. She was able order the tile for me within five minutes of the phone call. She was very pleasant and wonderful. Will definitely be taking the 45 minute extra drive down to Littleton to deal with professionals instead of whatever is going on at their Denver office.“
