“I work with a large corporation named Servpro. I was needing some tile that was selected by a client of ours She specifically requested through LL flooring. Went to the LL flooring, location in Denver And was told they were Busy and would call me back and I left him my business card. They never returned my call that day. I called them back the next day and was told sorry they were still busy and they would call me back, never heard anything. Ended up calling the Littleton office, which is 45 minutes away from my job and was helped by a lady named Shay who was so helpful. She was able order the tile for me within five minutes of the phone call. She was very pleasant and wonderful.
