Came with my husband as he needed his military uniforms dry cleaned, neither of us had dry cleaned anything before and he left the hangers inside by mistake. Before we got to the car, a long dark haired, malnourished looking worker came outside to bring the hangers and was shaking his head at us on his way over and also on his way back inside. Not sure if he has an issue with members of the military or what this guys problem was, there didn’t seem to be an issue inside when we checked the items in. Sorry we left a few hangers by mistake, but not everyone knows the protocol when they go to get items serviced. Super rude and uncalled for, won’t be coming back here... read full review

We went here to get a pull zipper replaced. When I called in advance, the person on the phone said they can't tell me how much it will cost. I asked for a ballpark price. They said probably under $40. When we dropped it off, they said it would take a couple weeks, and they would call when it was ready. It was almost 3 weeks, and we didn't get a call. When we called, they said it was ready. When we picked it up, the price was almost $100! After calling and talking to a manager, they said $20 of the cost was for a cleaning. We had not asked for a cleaning. They agreed to refund that cost. The manager also said that the original ballpark quote... read full review

The clothes that I got back were fine but my missing teddy coat that was needed for my trip tomorrow is no where to be found. Can’t buy it again and can’t wait to be cold on my trip. AVOID THEM AND SUPPORT SMALLER BUSINESSES THAT DON’T RIP YOU OFF
