Had a fabulous experience here. Exactly the kind of personalized care I’ve wanted for my kitties. The entire staff is amazing and you can tell how well they work together. They use the fear free approach which is wonderful for kitties. Both the tech and vet got down on my kitties level and held out their hand and called her name, gave her some scratches before picking her up and getting in her space. Something I think is so important for cats.They also have a heating pad on the table, toys and treats. By far, my favorite vet I have ever had. They are super patient with me! I am a worry wart and do tend to bring my kitty in for a lot of seemingly minor reasons, but they never make me feel like I'm overreacting--they understand that she is my best friend and have never once made me feel like I was overreacting for being worried about her. I have never had a bad experience. They care for my little cat with gentleness and a sweet voice, and I always feel safe letting them care for her. I would recommend them 100% of the time!

My family has been going to Columbine for years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I have a cat who is never very happy to be going to the vet but they have always done everything they can to try to make her feel better while there. I would whole heartedly recommend this vet to anyone looking.
