At first we didn’t go to this veterinary clinic because we read the reviews. We needed to be seen asap and since we live in the neighborhood we took a chance. So glad we did! Our dog was misdiagnosed by another vet and her ongoing ear infection turned out to be a food allergy. Every time we go back to this clinic we are seen quickly and anyone who works with us is kind and patient. We will continue to bring our dogs here now.
I took in both my dogs for vacs, they scheduled me with no problems. I found the staff to be very compassionate and empathetic to my dogs. One of my dogs is a special needs and they absolutely worked with his disability. They explained everything up front and while they were doing everything along with recommendations. I had no problems with the transition.
