Great experience with the classes so far! The staff and instructors are top notched. There is constant follow-up to ensure you are meeting your personal goals. They prioritize safety and development of techniques being taught. I'm in better aerobic condition and have learned some valuable defense skills.
My husband and I just joined, and we love it so far. Everyone is friendly, supportive, and welcoming. I've learned so much already from the Krav training classes. The workout classes are fun and challenging- they kick your butt (in a good way!)
I've been training with them for about a month there and love it! Great trainers and people in class that are helpful and welcoming to new students. Real life defense training and killer cardio work outs as well! Definitely not boring like going to the gym... read full review
