Doctors are great but the Office management is inept. They incorrectly code wellness checks such that patients have to pay deductible out of pocket. They don't respond to inquiries nor care about patients' costs. I've moved to a different practice and now my wife is having the same issues and seeking a different practice.
This place has completely fallen apart! Total incompetency top to bottom! If they tell you they're going to call you back, bet everything you own that they WON'T! You'll win every time! If you need a prescription refilled that you've been getting for years, they'll also try to get you to go in so they can charge you the $300 visitation fee so they can do exactly what they would've done over the phone! If your family or elderly are going here, tell them to find somewhere else! If they have a serious illness or condition, these guys will totally leave you and your family hanging!
I had a doctor appointment today with Dr. Chang who is excellent in the middle of an organization, NW Physicians and Optum which are the worst of health care I have experienced. I was required to sign another form today asking me which annual visit would I like I refused because my contract with United Healthcare this year has no such thing in it. I was told by David Dean that I would not be provided services. He said and this is verbatim "I like providing services to some people and my god" well okay? I came there to follow up on bloodwork that my doctor's concern that I have high blood pressure and I was hassled because I would not sign they're form.... read full review
