CAMA has been a powerful influence on my daughter's life. She started as a white belt at age 7 and earned her black belt at age 11 (youth rank). Now at age 15, she's in the adult classes working her way up the ranks. We are, of course, proud of her accomplishments but I can say with certainty her success is directly related to the support she has been given by her sensei's over the years. She stayed with jujitsu all this time because of the amazing instructors. What a great place for a kid to grow ,learn how to help others and increase their self confidence. Our son has been going to Colorado Academy of Martial Arts for over 4 years and it has helped him grow in so many ways. High marks for the staff and the owners.

A relatively small school, Colorado Academy really has the family feeling you look for in a local business. The teaching is effective and individualized, focusing on self-defense and personal discipline and development. The staff always welcomes us by name, not only the student but siblings and parents as well. They're as excited for their students' advancement as we are, and really seem to care a lot. It's a great place to learn and hone traditional jui jutsu skills while building community and friendships at the same time.
