One of the most welcoming CrossFit communities I’ve had the chance to be a part of and have been to gyms around denver, and several states out east. Great coaching support, super clean gym, lots of community developing events! It’s super fun, no where near intimidating, and super good schedule of classes.

Incredibly welcoming place for beginners! Just starting CF at age 55 and choose BCCF because they have a class specifically for beginners. Class starts with icebreaker question to get to know one another then the workout is clearly explained and demonstrated with variations for differing levels of fitness. Workouts aren't easy but BCCF meets you where you are, and works with you, to be the best you! First class is free and there is a beginner rate so no excuse not to try :)

Incredibly welcoming place for beginners! Just starting CF at age 55 and specifically choose BCCF because they have a beginner class. Class starts with icebreaker questions to get to know one another. Then WOD (workout of the day) is explained and demonstrated with variations for different levels of fitness. Workouts aren't easy but BCCF meets each person where they are and strives to make you the best you can be. First class if free and there is a beginner rate so no excuse not to try!
