Matt spent 3 hours working on 20 year old carpet, we paid him extra. Some how cleaned where others have failed. Very informative on carpet care etc. Bought us some time to buy a new carpet when available

I have used Aspen Green twice and both times I have been beyond satisfied. Most recently I had some challenging stain and pet odors to resolve before I placed my house on the market. Aspen Green's treatment not only removed the stains and odors, but resulted in the carpets looking brand new. Great service for an embarrassing situation. We had an accident that involved lots of blood to be specific. Matt came and handled it like a true professional. Not only was he able to get the blood out of the carpet (which we worried might have set in due to a few bad decisions on our part), he also offered great advice on how to handle other stains we may encounter in the future. Disclaimer: don't ever use Resolve Carpet Cleaner on blood stains. We were really lucky we didn't permanently stain our apartment's carpet and we could've potentially been out 100's of dollars after move out. I can't stress enough how kind and professional Matt was.
