Very happy with the service! they went the extra mile for me by examining my sump pump at no extra charge and I really appreciate how professional and knowledgeable they were in being able to trace and mark my drain line all the way out to the city connection

Chris @ 24/7 was responsive, on time (actually coordinated with me to be early) and respectful of our space and time. Finished the cleanout in under an hour and gave me good maintenance advice. I was under an extremely tight deadline to get my sewer mainline cleaned for the sale of my home. The initial company I hired (Rooter Town) was an absolute disaster clown show and Chris at 24/7 Drain and Sewer came to my rescue. I had a very challenging line to clean due to cleanout location and pipe configuration. Chris really went above and beyond to do what was needed to get my line cleaned properly. The technician from Sewer View (also 5/5 stars) was there at the same time as Chris and after Sewer View scoped my line Chris cleaned it a SECOND time to get a couple tricky spots.
