I had a blowout from a huge pot hole abut 25 miles east of Limon, while traveling on I-70. Tire was a run flat, so I made it into Simon. Mercedes Embrace system was of no help, and just said, keep your receipts and send them in. I also had AAA. The arrange for a tow. They showed up in less than an hour. Their Driver, Doug, had my car loaded and we were headed back to Denver. We dropped at a tire Center, I went home picked up our other car, and restarted our journey. Really appreciated all the help Doug provided. His truck was clean and comfortable, and he provided interesting discussion on out hour plus drive back to Denver.

I called this company when we ran out of diesel a few miles from Limon. Christy was super helpful and had Justin on his way with diesel in less than 20 minutes. I cannot express how completely amazing these people are..thank you so much!!! They deserve 10 stars!! Uriguens from OK

Excellent Service! Thanksgiving Day while traveling through Limon, CO we got a flat tire. We called roadside assistance and a gentleman came out and took excellent care of us. Changed my tire, made sure my spare had correct pressure and ensured everything else was safe and ready before we continued. He was a life saver, thank you!
