“Drove there in a bit of a panic as the old dude (almost 14) had a cyst that had ruptured. I’ve seen plenty of ruptured sebaceous cysts on dogs in the past (breed issue) and this was nothing like any of them…the smell was foul and he was NOT a happy camper. The woman manning the front desk was absolutely incredible. So helpful! SOO patient! Can’t thank her enough. My mom passed last year and this is her dog and I’m rusty at being a dog mom. This clinic put me at ease and stopped my panic. Such a relief. Best vet experience I’ve had in a long time… sincerest of thank yous. ❤️“
