Years and years of non-payment for materials purchased from our company. Years and years of promises of payment. We've given up and moved on. We work with so many reliable roofers in Chaffee County and this is NOT one of them. Don't let THIS happen to you! It's very unfortunate that I can't give less than one star.

Utter fraud! Took large deposit and after months of excuses, no longer receiving mail or answering phone. Owner Rocky Hart has moved with no forwarding address. Lawyer and sheriff have not been able to serve him. No materials ever delivered or work done. Awful, incredibly stressful, experience! Currently, we have a court date scheduled and have been contacted by two other parties trying to do the same for the same reasons. Any other victims out there, please feel free contact Kris Lee in Salida. We are hoping, if enough victims come forward, law enforcement will make it a priority to protect others going forward.Service: Roof installation

Contracted with Rocky Hart in May of 2022. Finally got the roof finished in January of 2023, after I had to pay the subcontractor to finish the job. Rock was suppose to do some siding repair as part of the roofing job. I can no longer reach Rocky, his phone doesn’t work, he doesn’t respond to email and texting no longer works. He has a very large sum of my money left from the deposit I gave that I’ll likely never see. He tells everyone the same excuse that he has health issues and had stints put in his heart.
