We have a home warranty for my mother's house. Her water heater was leaking. Primary Heating & Cooling cam out the very next day. Chased the claim through the warranty company and immediately came back out. They drained and removed the old water heater (which was under warranty). Took it to get a new one and installed the new one. They were so professional and efficient. They were amazing!!!!
I’ve had Cristian come out to my house twice and he’s been a pleasure to deal with - very nice, explains things, and is detailed. I’ve also spoken with Albert several times over the phone and he’s also been very easy to deal with and responsive. I would have no problem recommending Primary to anyone for HVAC needs.
