Our landlords called a different company on Wednesday to come out to Sheridan Lake when our a/c was out. A day later when I called to check when they'd be here, the lady said that they wouldn't be back out our way until the following week when it was supsosed get very hot this weeekend. I asked our landlord to try and call Parker Heating and Air. She did, and they got someone out here within 2 hours of calling. The tech that came was very friendly and professional, fixed the capacitor that went out and our unit was back up and running within an hour of him being here. Would 100% recommend this company! Took a while to get an AC appointment because of the typical summer time rush, so that's the only reason this isn't a 5 star rating. But the tech that they sent out to hook up my ductless split AC, Bill, was great and his work was flawless.
Compared to the horrible experiences I have with other HVAC 'providers' in the area that couldn't be bothered to call me back or even offer a time frame Parker Heating & Air was a first class contractor. Will be using them again if needed in the future.
These guys are awesome, and truly stepped in last winter when our heater went out and they suggested i try LEAP and see if we qualified......and we did !
