We've used Walrath exclusively for over a decade. They did a complete spec and upgrade of our HVAC systems about 4 years ago and it's been great since. They do all our maintenance and on the rare occasion when repair is required they do it at fair prices. Their techs are extremely professional, arrive promptly and know their stuff. Have used Walrath for heating and air conditioning for more than 20 years at our personal residence as well as our Business. Recently during most recent heat wave, our AC quit working on a Friday night.Called Walrath and left message after hours and they called Monday morning and were able to set appt. for Tuesday even though they were booked.Dan in Service was able to maneuver personnel to fit us into schedule and had unit repaired by Tuesday evening . We had a great experience with Jessie at Walrath who diligently and methodically got to the bottom of the issues with our steam boiler. These are highly specialized systems so we are grateful to have found this expertise and know we are in good hands with Walrath.
