I can't say enough about Urban Exteriors and especially Abdalla, the project manager. To be honest Abdalla is a major reason I selected Urban Exteriors for my roof. He is knowledgeable, and explained all the detail I needed to know what I needed to know, which was a lot!! He helped me walk through the paperwork process and finalize everything, something that I would not have done well on my own. He has touched base throughout the project before the roof was done yesterday. He was even just here to see if I had more questions. Abdalla is also professional, personable, and a charm to work with. I wish more companies had a project manager like him!!!

I had an excellent experience working with Urban Exteriors after our house was hail damaged. Abdalla kept on top of the whole process and made the repairs happen as soon as possible. He takes his job seriously and was in frequent contact with me throughout all the dealings with my insurance company and through the different repairs. It was refreshing to work with someone so responsible, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again. Also, great quality work! I am very happy with the repairs made.
