The ladies are very nice and encouraging. The shampoo massage felt great. I haven't cut my hair in 17yrs. The lady took about 8' off of my hair. My hair is way too short. My hair is not like I envisioned it. I completely hate it. The cut made me look like a preschooler, I am 40yrs old. I wanted a more mature look. I also wanted it longer with more face framing. I don't think this was the ladies fault entirely. I should've expressed myself in more detail. I cannot wait for this hair to grow out. Maybe I'll go back in another 17yrs lol. I've been going to Tammy for about 15 years because no one cuts hair like her. She takes her time and cares about the quality. She remembers repeat customers and how you like your hair cut! Will keep referring to her- She can get busy but it's always worth the wait.
