I was very impressed with this company -- after I discovered a leak on a Sunday afternoon that was dripping water in my basement, I called them, and they answered right away and explained some immediate steps I should take to minimise the damage. They were honest in telling me I could wait until the next morning to get a free assessment rather than pay for an emergency visit the same day. They came the next morning and explained the extent of the damage and what they would suggest doing. They also left a dehumidifier with me and were able to pick it up quickly when I was done using it. Very quick and helpful service -- definitely recommend.
These guys were great! They were swift, professional, personable and got the job done!! They were great with communication and showing up when they said they would. When your faced with an unexpected calamity their team is excellent at providing a solution. I highly recommend them! Jose was especially great at managing the job!!
I used Best Restoration for a leak from the gutters onto the garage wall. They were quick, professional, cost effective and they fixed the problem well. They remediated the mold and the wall looks back to it's original condition.
