Josh S. was my point of contact during the project and provided excellent communication throughout the process. When weather impacted the original install date he was especially attentive to getting the schedule back on track. He personally came to my home more than once, both before and after the roof installation, to ensure the job was completed correctly. I was very impressed with the personal style of service Property Pros provided and would certainly recommend them to anyone in the market for roofing or renovation projects.

Jake and his team came out when I first bought my house, (new build) the roof was leaking through the light fixtures. Prior to them coming out I had the builders take a look, no one could find the source, in fact I don't think they cared to really find it. I called Property Pros, the came out within a day, crawled every nook of my house until they found the issues, they care, they are thorough and such a great company. I highly recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I worked with Jake Merelli from Property Pro's to install gutters, downspouts, soffit and fascia (with paint) to an existing deck roof I built the summer before. I take pride in my craftsmanship and needed a contractor to match my meticulous standards. Jake's people handled the job on time, on budget and to my high standards. There was a misunderstanding in the quote that he handled very professionally and when asked about the paint work he again stepped up to the plate and made it right. Great job Jake and Mike!
