This was the easiest purchase of carpet I ever made. I only needed a remnant to repair a damaged carpet and the store's selection was plentiful. The business carries a wide selection of other flooring as well since I considered tile. Great experience and highly recommend.
Great customer service. Portice installed carpet in a basement BR and basement stairs some years ago. Great install. Fast forward, we needed a repair on the basement stairs. Talked to Penny on a Friday afternoon after a really bad week for her. Vandals had shot the glass in the store's front door... what-a-pain. Regardless, Penny followed up and connected us with one of her very qualified installers (Rich Jones BTW) who called us that same day to arrange the repair (which looks great). Fortunately, we had saved some remnants from the earlier work which were also exposed to foot traffic and that really saved our bacon. We recently had Portice install new carpet in our condo. The customer service was outstanding as was the installation. Penny was open and knowledgable as she helped us select our carpet. The price was reasonable and she worked with us to stay within our budget. Ray and Isaac are skilled and experienced installers and the carpet looks great. The team at Portice is professional, pleasant and good at what they do. Highly recommend!
