Do not use this company if you are expecting any kind of service after the sale. We spent almost $2,000 on a patio slider in 2014 with the promise of the "ultimate lifetime warranty" on the installation. Last year the door started to bow under it's weight and doesn't close correctly or lock anymore. We contacted Kelly in the summer of 2016 and asked him to come take a look. He told us he was too busy to come out for a job this small and to contact him in the spring of 2017. Great work done by Kelly and his Mountain View crew! I searched around Denver and got quotes from a few different contractors in town after narrowing down with Angie's list and the like... Replacing some old windows was one thing, but also requesting a window be turned into a patio door brought mixed reactions. Most couldn't offer to do it and one other didn't give me confidence (they would have just used a subcontractor). Kelly came to look at it, took measurements, and knew what to do right away.
