Giving Mountain High a 3 star for poor customer service. We have called 3 times over a two month time span and have yet to receive a call back. The company did more than roofing for us and we recently discovered an issue with the gutters. Mountain High has been unresponsive.Services: Gutter installation

We had used Mountain High Roofing twice in the past for hail damage and found them to extremely honest, caring and also reasonable. Recently, we noticed a leak in our roof during a heavy rain storm. I immediately called and was directed to voice mail since it was after hours. I was not sure how this would be handled because it was 5 years ago that we put on the current roof. I received a call back from Justin within an hour and he came out the next morning (Saturday) and repaired our roof. We highly recommend them, even after changing ownerships. Jake and his crew were great. They were recommended to us by our insurance company to perform a roof inspection for hail damage. Jake performed the inspection and took care of sending all of the damage details to the insurance company and walked me through exactly what to do and who to call (this was my first experience with a home insurance claim, so I had no idea what to do).They were great at walking us through the insurance adjustor's worksheet and explaining the work that was covered, and they stayed in constant cotact throughout the entire process.They replaced our roof and repaired some damaged window screens and coordinated with contractors to restain our deck...read full review
