I called Trevor in a panic less than a week ago. My previous floor installer was unavailable for 2 weeks now that my flooring arrived, but I needed it installed asap, as we had been in a hotel for 4 weeks at that point and were starting the 5th week. I told him that if he could see my face as I asked about an install within a week, he could see me scrunching my face, knowing it was a TALL ask.
I was hoping for Wednesday or Thursday install, but he called me back, saying how about Saturday? This was 4-5 days *before* my hoped for date. Well, the installer's kid got sick, so it did have to get postponed till Monday, but Dennis showed up Monday at noon and completed... read full review

Love my new red oak hardwood floors installed by Modern Flooring! The installer's did not speak English but they did a fantastic job. There were a few bumps in the final finishing, but the office staff has been very responsive & took care of any issues in a very professional manner. Highly recommend!

Modern Flooring Services were very quick to set up a site inspection, bid, materials list, & schedule the project. Chris (sales) & Samm (project manager) were exceptional in communication & completing the job. The installation team was professional & courteous. I highly recommend Modern Flooring Services!
