“The service I got (microneedling) was overall good and I am happy with my results. Had to take off a star because I have never, at a med spa, been asked to tip. I found it odd and even worse because instead of having me fill a receipt or select an option she asked me while checking out “Do you want to add a tip?”. Like no, not really but now it’s awkward for me to say no. I enjoyed the service but will stick to my dermatologist rather than here because I got pressured into tipping for a service that I’ve never tipped for. If you can’t pay your associates well then raise prices rather than telling them to ask each customer for money.“

“Christy is the best. I went in for a Rhonda Allison cleanser product I love and to talk with her about my facial condition and concern. She treated me with a modified peel - that's what I love. She listened to me, paid close attention to how my skin was reacting and the final result was perfect. Even better, she recommended I begin using a hyaluronic acid serum each day and a gentle scrub for my area of concern. I've been doing this and it's made a huge improvement in my incredibly dry Colorado skin. The spa itself is under new management and it was the very early days when I had my treatment. I'm sure the owner will pull it together to be more of a spa environment but you should overlook the lack of ambience and book a service with Christie.
