This review is long over-due, our baby - now toddler is over a year and a half! Sorry for the delay Liz! I loved having you as our doula. We couldn't have done it without you, thank you for all the support, your calm voice and cues helped me ease tension and allowed me to slowly start to let go and get through the looooong labor. I'm a little delayed in my review.....My son is now a year old. When searching for a doula I was super clueless. I had no idea what I was looking for other than I needed someone to help navigate me through my first birth. After meeting with a few other doulas, my husband and I were sure that Liz was the gal. She is so educated and has lots of knowledge to impart, if you want it. She has healing hands. Her massage therapy and post natal therapy is amazing. Not to mention her baby massage lesson was super helpful. She had great connections for placenta encapsulation too. Not to mention her wonderful little touches like providing a healthy and delicious juice blend to aid in milk supply. She has a calm disposition which balanced mine and my husbands high energy. She is super sweet and gentle. If you are on the search for a doula, stop here, and call. No need to look any further. Like mentioned below ..... I hate to share her. Lol but she's terrific and other wonderful mother's to be deserve the opportunity to know her too.
