After not being able to get eye exams and glasses that were correct, I was told from my eye surgeon after cataract removals To try Lakewood Eye Center. All of my problems were over when Nicole Wellensiek examined my eyes perfectly, and Lance, the optician, produced my glasses right on , perfectly. I am so relieved to have them to take care of my eyes!

Dr. Wellensiek is pouring herself into this practice and it shows. Her staff is exceptional. She's invested in new equipment. A highly capable woman who really cares about what she does. I've had a lot of doctors in my life, good and bad. I tell you with confidence: She's one of the special ones.Shoutout to Lance (Glasses Dude). One of the realest guys out there. So cool. Heart of Gold.To say I trust these people with my vision is a pretty bold statement. I stand by it. They genuinely care about your wellbeing. It's clearly more than a job.

The physicians here are great, as is the rest of the staff that starts your initial work up. But Lance is great! He helps you pick glasses and make sure they fit you just right. I’ve been a patient since 2016 and wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else.
