Dependable, trustworthy, skilled, hardworking, fair pricing, and kind.
They have worked for me off and on for almost 20 years, and I have really come to love the people who take such good care of my home. I have a team of three women who come in with all their own equipment and cleaning supplies. I could also have them use all my things instead. They are very pleasant, and I am impressed how well they all work together. So organized. Each person already has specific tasks and they each get right to work. If I could give everyone at Home Cleaning a hundred stars I would!! After our cleaning, my husband and I just walked around the house going, “wow, wow, wow, wow!” We’ve had cleaners for years, but no one has ever cleaned the way I was taught to take care of the house when I was growing up!! With busy schedules we don’t have time to clean ourselves, but I’ve always seen it as a compromise we make to get things “clean enough” by working with outside cleaners. But the amazing and kind folks at Home Cleaning approached the work with the same amount of care I do and have never experienced with a cleaning company before. I'm very happy with the cleaning services, the professionalism, and the communication of Home Cleaning Centers (Lakewood). I received a deep clean of our 5-bedroom, 4-bath, 3-floor, 2-dog home within 1 week of my initial call. Pedro Ramirez made a walk-through inspection of our home and, before leaving, he gave me a written estimate of a deep clean and a regular cleaning service every 2 or 4 weeks. The back side of the estimate lists the terms of my contract with the company. I was very happy to learn that the company uses bonded, insured employees (not independent contractors).
