I can't say anything other than this studio is AMAZING. They had a promotion for the month of January that I happen to stumble upon and it's changed my life. I train everyday but Sunday. The owner Meghan is great and also allowed me to rent the reformer space to teach my colleagues. So AFFORDABLE when you're dealing with performers on the road. We needed somewhere to train that is good for dancers. So if you're into pilates and coming through Denver...CHECK FLUID FUSION OUT!!! The teachers are all smart and thoughtful. Fluid Fusion is a fantastic Pilates studio! The instructors are incredible; very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and always keep workouts challenging!
The variety of classes offered is great - power Pilates, jump board, barre, mat, and combo classes too! The schedule of classes is great too, something for everyone’s busy schedule.

I was lucky enough to be referred to Fluid Fusion studio, about a year and a half ago. After having my first child, I was diagnosed with two bulging discs and a compressed sciatic nerve root. I was in horrible pain and was hoping for a quick fix with cortisone shots and medication.My recovery was slow and I started to lose hope.... finally one of my husband's clients ( who suffers from debilitating pain) gave me the owner , Meghan Campbell's contact information.
