Laya and her team were absolutely top notch. We cross checked on BBB - a company you can trust! Pricing to upgrade to grade 4 impact resistant shingles was very reasonable. The gutters and downspouts look so tight - they seemlessly hug the house and come down and out exactly where they should. Laya walked us through each step of the process with clear and speedy responses to all of our questions. Her team is a team of professionals - they know roofs, they know gutters, they expertly installed both while being very pleasant and polite. Laya is the best! Not only was the work done professionally but she was enormously helpful in dealing with insurance and another contractor for a non-roofing issue who was giving us fits. I can genuinely say I don't know what we would have done without her.
