I took my chinchilla in to be seen when he was very sick- the whole team was very empathetic and caring when we made the very tough decision to put him down. I just received a sympathy card in the mail and I am very appreciative of this clinic.
I have receive nothing but the best care for my dog Madie at EVS. She needed knee surgery and I had been waiting on my primary vet for over a month to secure a consult with their Orthopedic surgeon. They recommended me to EVS and I had a consult set up the next day. Dr.O’Donnell was extremely kind and went over everything that would happen in the surgery. He was able to address all my concerns and I left feeling confident that Madie was going to get the best service. Specialty vet care is EXPENSIVE - there's no denying that. But in this case, you *absolutely* get what you pay for! I can't say enough about how thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and KIND everyone we encountered was. They took such good care of our sweet kitty, who I know was scared and stressed. It was a long day for her (and us!), but we came away from it with peace of mind in knowing that every possibility had been explored, and optimism because we had a treatment plan and are hopeful that we can get our sweet girl feeling better.
