They went above and beyond in meeting my expectations. I have heard horror stories in the past from friends about lenders and I had nothing but a wonderful experience. Since this was my first experience buying a home I did not know what to expect and Eric did a great job calling me and providing me with education along the way. He did a great job explaining everything so that I could understand it, make good financial decisions for my family, and feel confident thru this process. My real estate agent told us that Academy Mortgage (Eric) was now the the top two amazing lenders she has worked with and she will be referring her clients to Academy. I cannot say anything about what I would improve, because I was 150% happy!!!
