Recently, Damon came to my house to help with an urgent plumbing problem—our underground pipes were leaking water into the home. After my hot water heater stopped working on Sunday, my fiancé called Monday morning to see if someone could come out that same day. Russell arrived around 11:20, fitting us into his schedule. He did a fantastic job fixing the water heater and made sure to explain everything in simple terms, which was helpful since plumbing isn’t really my thing. i had a great experience with taylor and the crew when they fixed a water main leak from the street meter to my house. they put in a new 1-inch PE pipe about 14 inches underground, running it right through my yard and even under a concrete path. the whole job was handled really well and looked neat when they were finished. they made sure to clean up everything before leaving, which i appreciated. taylor really knows plumbing and has lots of experience. i would definitely call them again if i need a plumber, and i recommend their services to anyone needing plumbing work done.
