We initially wanted to get our roof replaced but since we had solar panels on our roof, it was going to cost us an arm and a leg to get the solar panels removed and reinstalled. So we decided not to get our roof replaced. We were in the process of having some guys come out and clean our roof due to pigeon nests and poop. Jake stopped by and handed my sister his card. My sister told Jake about our situation. How we didn’t want to pay to get out solar panels removed and reinstalled. Jake told my sister that if we have hail damage to the roof then insurance should cover the costs of the solar panels. My sister gave me his card and I called and spoke to Jake and that’s when we got the ball rolling. Jake was very knowledgeable and did a great job communicating with me through out the whole process and kept me updated. The process took awhile waiting on the mortgage and solar company to come out but everything went flawlessly and quickly once we had everything we needed. I would definitely work with Jake again and recommend Custom Onside to everyone.
