I love the haircut and quality we get for our kids, however it if frustrating when we have to wait 20+ minutes past our scheduled time for our kids haircut (especially since they are so strict about their 5 minute grace period). Additionally, the greeter treated us rudely and said she only handles the scheduling and this isn't her fault. I get that things can get busy, but being up front about the delay and courteous when there are scheduling challenges would have been helpful. Just a bummer for repeat clients -- especially with young kids
Awesome experience for our little man’s first cut! They do a wonderful job keeping kid entertained and focused throughout the cut. Kelly worked on our 1-year olds hair and we were nervous going in but she did a fantastic job! She nailed our asks and was very sweet and friendly with our boy. Highly recommend this place for your kids.
Original review from 2022: We took our 3-yr old and she had such a great experience. She now tells everyone about her haircut! Thanks more making the whole process easy for us. It’s a no brainer to take our kids there instead of attempting to cut their hair ourselves.
July 2024 update: The value has declined this year. Quick styles (pony with a bow) are gone this year. This week, my two kids walked out with wet hair that was an inch longer than I asked for. Given how much I had loved this place, it’s disappointing to have to update my review.
