I thoroughly enjoy working for Continuum! Of course, stressful situations do arise at times, but I have been supported from so many different avenues since beginning 4 months ago. There are also countless opportunities for other consultants and supervisors to audit, review, and co-consult on cases so that more than one perspective is being taken into account for treatment. For anyone who is on the fence (employment-wise or treatment-wise) I would implore you to check out the Assent-Based Treatment model that is followed heavily and send an email or call & ask ALL the questions about ABA services through Continuum. I can genuinely say that I love my job and the work environment.

Continuum is an amazing company to work for! They promote work-life balance and prioritize the self-care of the staff. Management makes you feel supported and will help provide solutions when things get difficult. There are several systems in place to ensure that services are being provided ethically and with quality assurance.
