Robb Green of Caldwell Banker was hired by the absentee owner of the townhome next to mine to fix up her property and put it on the market. There were crews in and out of the property for several weeks at times with limited or no apparent adequate supervision. The air conditioning was frequently left running 24/7 with doors and windows open. On more than one occasion, the balcony doors were left wide open all night when no one was present.
