I've been a cobblestone member for the last 2 years. My check. It has been delayed because of the holiday, and I wasn't able to get my monthly pass renewed, I simply asked the attendant, can I get one free wash until it's renewed? They fled out, refused and told me. No, make me be embarrassed and get out of the line and everything all for 1 wash. Shame on you, cobblestone for not giving your members one free car wash, at a time in need. I won't ever go back to that carWash on the wadsworth.

I enjoy Cobblestone. I received a coupon barcode for a platinum wash by the company because the 1st time going through the wash did not do a thorough job. The supervisor Josh was unpleasant - He just looked at me with a blank stare as I explained the situation. Not very wise to put someone who could not help me in a supervisory position. Waiting to receive a phone call for a coupon that works.

Just tried this place today. Spencer & his Coworker with Black hair & glasses ( forgot the name) were extremely professional & so helpful to me, a mom with a toddler trying to clean out my car! I’ll be back!
