Almost 8 years in the same apartment, I've seen property managers come and go, but BRC has been the best. Usually very responsive for service calls, and Ginger T. is always so helpful!

I had a great experience renting with this company! I stayed in the Woodridge apartments and the building manager Kayla was so communicative, kind, and hard working. Maintenance was easy to contact whenever we needed them. All of the other tenants were very nice, and I had an over all wonderful stay at the Woodridge apartments!

The incredible staff on the BRC Multifamily Maintenance team did an amazing job for me on a request I had submitted a while ago.
I have been a tenant at one of BRC's Lakewood properties going on 3 years now. I'm on the other side of 50 and some things aren't as easy as they should be. Like getting stuff from the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. I put in a request to see if another refrigerator (from a vacated unit) could be swapped or possibly put my fridge up on a platform.
