I would like to highly recommend Dr. Udo. I am a former athlete who started a weightlifting program at the beginning of the year, and I began to develop some tightness, pain, and decreased range of motion in my neck and shoulder that was hindering my workouts. I searched online for a sports massage therapist who could help me regain mobility, and ended up finding Dr. Udo's website. I emailed him right away and he responded quickly to set up an appointment.
