These guys are great! They came to our house last minute on an emergency call the afternoon before a blizzard. They had to replace our furnace and stayed until 10:30pm to get the job done! Don’t know what would have done without their help. Thank you Brett & Joe!

This is the second time we have used AireServ in the last year and they are always quick to respond and schedule as soon as they are available. We scheduled what we thought would be a routine dryer vent cleaning, however due to the way our building was built, it was a much more difficult operation. Not to mention, the previous owners must not have cleaned it for years so there was a ton of build up. Joe and Brett were incredibly kind, accommodating, and diligent throughout the process. They spent almost their full day ensuring it was done right. They even called for backup/other equipment. I am assisting my Mom (who is in assisted living) with the sale of her condo in Colorado. The challenge has been that I am in a different state. I contacted Aire Serv of Lakewood based on their ratings and am delighted I did. They were prompt, professional and a delight to "remotely" work with. The tech fixed the gas leak(s) that had shown up on the Inspection Report within 24 hours of my call and the price was less than I had expected. I highly recommend Aire Serv for HVAC needs and have already passed their info on to several friends in Colorado.
