Ronnie did an excellent job. He took care of my carpets to the point I could not believe. It was one of my rentals and it was in bad shape. He was very honest and said he will do the best humanly possible. And boy did he. They came out superb. It saved me from having to replace them. He was also a couple minutes early which I like.
