Schilz Martial Arts has been in business for more than 10 years in Lafayette, Colorado, there is a martial arts or fitness class for people of all ages. Kevin Schilz is the Owner/Master Instructor, and has been involved teaching in martial arts for almost 15 years. Mr. Schilz brings a focus of helping people feel more confident in themselves. Everyone's personal confidence in themselves is VERY IMPORTANT! There is a Little Dragons program for children 4 – 7 years of age. The Tae Kwon Do Junior program is for kids 8 – 13 year old. The adults have a separate programs for ages of 14 and above. They are taught more reality based martial arts which includes Muay Thai, Krav Maga, and several others, plus a wonderful cardio kickboxing class.
