What a great find in the plethora of pilates studios. The studio is airy, and clean the equipment is a dream, it's like how a woman feels when she goes into a shoe store, I suppose...its the feeling that I get when seeing all the equipment provided. Instructors are great, professional and well versed. I had a great class today with Cathy, she kept the class moving, was just amazing and we did so much in an hour! Thank you so much! can't wait to return.

Walking into the studio and meeting Ellene changed my life. I have not had back issues for over a year now, I know my chiropractor misses me, but is glad that I've found what works for me. Her instruction and the crew's guidance is great. Every time I go, I learn something new, touch new muscles that I didn't know where there....and they are now like family to me. The rates are very reasonable and classes are readily available.

Pilates 4 Bodies is such an outstanding studio that I drive all the way from Golden to Lafayette for classes! Fantastic instruction, a beautiful facility, commraderie with other students, and the most welcoming atmosphere no matter what your experience level is. I highly recommend them and come try a class!
