Phoenix realty is the property owner for the rental where I live now, and I have had a great experience with them. Our unit was well maintained when we moved in, and they have been very quick and thorough in responding to any maintenance issues that have come up. They also send out helpful information at change of seasons helping to inform about things that should be done in a home at these times, which is really helpful information to know!
