The place is amazing. They clearly love the animals and are dedicated vets. Our dog had to get an appendage removed because of Cancer. It was 1 5th the cost of other places. They responded to a text at 10:30 at night. Who does that in today's world.
They spend their time an investment on the animals instead of the building. If you don't care about a fancy Clinic and realize that they give your pets great care then this is the place to go.
Dr Glenn is the best vet that we have ever had. She cares, shares as much information as you'd like to know (but will also simplify things if you don't want every detail), empowers owners to learn new skills to take care of their pets, presents all options and explains the pros/cons and will offer her opinion when asked, and bills fairly. Office staff is also kind and friendly.
Bonus: The office cat, Lola, is the sweetest and loves to "help" at the window!
Every time I’m here, the staff is amazing. I have a large breed dog who doesn’t do well with new people and new dogs- the staff accommodated him SO well… can’t be more grateful for this office
