Sydney (not sure on spelling) was so kind and helpful; she even took some time after my appointment to show me brush techniques as I am a rookie! 5 stars. Great experience. Highly recommend.“

“TLDR: Salon is clean and well designed for anxious pups, staff are wonderful, Jaimie was awesome, doggies get a toy to go!

This was our first time at this grooming salon and it was great! Our pup is old and had long overgrown nails so we just went in for a nail trim. I was impressed by a few things. The salon smelled neutral which made it a great entry. I loved how private it was. They have little waiting cubbies so whether you have a social butterfly or a pup a bit more reserved, they are all comfortable. I went to the back to help keep my girl calm and I really liked how each groomer has their own little room which I think helps keep the pups a bit more relaxed. We had Jaimie and she was SO sweet with our girl. She helped me understand what we need to do to help our girls feet and then she moved quickly, efficiently, calmly and was very encouraging with Lacey. And bonus, she got to take home a little toy at the end! 5/5 stars!!!“

The dogs walked right in the shop and right up to Rachelle, being very comfortable with the place and the people. They were done in the time quoted and for the amount quoted without any upsells. Found her after taking our dogs to Kriser’s right up the street for a couple years before, but their prices got completely out of control, while Bailey’s per spaw is definitely fair.“

“I just get my very scared dog's toenails done, and the groomers have no problem. I can't even lift up a paw. I didn't think she would cooperate when not with me, but she did fine. If not, then they would ask me to help.

I appreciate no appointment needed for this service. I just need to arrive before 1 pm. So far, I've never had to wait even 10 mins.“

“Went in for a nail trim on my bull dog, and with my dogs paperwork/rabies record- was attended fairly quickly. Staff was polite, and knowledgeable. While waiting a browsed a huge inventory of pet supplies, at great prices! I picked up some ice cream sold there for my dog once he was ready to go. Definitely recommend.“
