She was very nervous to work with a new vendor and afterwards when I talked to her today she had nothing but glowing compliments! They made everything easy to set up, and texted their prices to me. The result is beautiful and elicits 'Wows!' from everyone. I understand that they generate revenue through installation. Therefore, a little patience is required (especially during season) to have something rectified (in our case a dead pine). But, that is to be expected.
