I had a suit for a wedding that I needed the pants hemmed for, they said it was a week turn around and to come next Thursday. They decided to close for Memorial Day weekend early starting at 3pm Thursday. Went to pick up my pants and they weren’t open when the wedding is this weekend. Never mentioned closing early for the weekend at all when I dropped and paid for the service. Extremely unprofessional. Leaving me to scramble to find an alternative pair of pants that will hopefully match the other groomsman. Very poor service and I would give 0 stars if I could.

I had them shorten the cuffs on a sports blazer suit jacket. I went in and they measure me with the jacket on and then pinned the cuffs to an appropriate length. The alteration required the relocation of the three sewn in cuff buttons and it turned out great. They were reasonably priced and their turnaround time was about a week, because it was the middle of Prom season (I dropped off on Thursday and picked up Wednesday the following week). Overall, they were pretty good.

My wife took a couple pairs of long dresses to have them hemmed because they were too long. 2 of them were ruined. Not to mention that they do not do their dry cleaners there but send them out to another location. Time to look for a new alteration place.
