These guys were awesome. I’m a shop owner in Lafayette. These guys came right over and took care of business.. People don’t know how to do their jobs much anymore, but these guys are absolute professionals.

I had a great experience! When calling around to get a replacement Subaru car key, I was recommended to use Flatirons by not just one, but two other locksmiths in the area (that don't specialize in auto). Russel, the owner, was very responsive with my phone calls and friendly over the phone. I put in a request at approx 12:45 in the afternoon, and the technician (Robin) arrived just after 2:00. Robin was very professional, patient about my payment not going through initially, and seemed like a very friendly, stand-up guy. Amazing. I thought I had locked my car key in my car, and it was my only copy. They came in about 30 minutes and had my car unlocked in another 5…only for me to find out the key wasn’t in there! I had completely lost it.To get a new key from the dealership, I would’ve needed to have my car towed there and wait 10 days (not ideal for someone with a 30 minute commute to work 5x/wk)! Flatiron Locksmith made me 2 new keys for several hundred dollars less than what the dealership would’ve charged, and I didn’t have to pay to tow my car because I didn’t even need to leave my house! Amazing experience, will absolutely recommend this company to anybody who needs assistance.... read full review
